To access the hotline, dial the toll free number, 888-538-6890 and provide the name of your company; the policy number; and your name, title, e-mail address, mailing address and telephone number. A Jackson Lewis representative will then ask you to state your question and to provide a brief description of the facts which relate to your question. A Jackson Lewis attorney will promptly call you to discuss your issue. The hotline is a great source to identify and discuss key legal issues, but it is not a substitute for legal advice.
